Arriving On Time

I encourage you to arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment. This gives you time to use the restroom, and begin relaxing before your session starts.

  • Late Arrival: If you arrive late, your session will still need to end at the scheduled time to ensure the next client is not delayed.

  • Full Charge: Regardless of the time shortened due to a late arrival, you will still be responsible for the full price of the scheduled service.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

I understand that life happens! To ensure fairness for all clients and to be respectful of my time, I kindly ask that you review the following policy:

  • 24-Hour Notice is Required: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. There will be no charge for rescheduling or cancelling IF it is done more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who no-show for their appointment, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

  • Respecting the Policy: By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any fees resulting from a late cancellation or no-show.

A Note on Illness & Weather: While I am sympathetic to sudden illness or adverse weather conditions, I must consistently enforce the 24-hour policy to protect my livelihood. Please check the weather forecast before the 24-hour window and reschedule your appointment if you feel uncomfortable driving. Thank you for your understanding.
